Q. How do I set up my Outlook to sync with Soocial?
A. Go to the http://www.soocial.com/connections page and choose "Add Outlook"
Q. I have Outlook on the MAC. Is that supported by this software too?
A. The Soocial Outlook client is sofware that only runs on Windows. If you use Outlook on the MAC, you can set it to sync contacts with Address Book. Go to Outlook Preferenes --> Sync Services --> "Turn in Sync Services for contacts. You can use the Soocial Mac client to sync between Address Book and Soocial.
Q. I have just set up the client to sync with Soocial but it seems to be frozen.
A. The initial sync can take a long time depending on how many contacts you have. Do not stop the sync. It is probably working in the background. You can keep working on something else and let the sync do it's work.
Q. Does the outlook connection support the syncing of groups?
A. Groups in Soocial are Categories in Outlook. Only contacts in the default folder in Outlook will be send to Soocial
Q. Will Soocial sync contacts from all my contact folders?
A. The Soocial client will only sync contacts that are part of the "default" contact folder in Outlook.
