Personal info & Password
- Your first and last name. We will use this information in our communication with you.
- Your Soocial user name. You will need this to log in on Soocial.com and on all our software that you are setting up to sync. You can change the email address here. After that you will have have to confirm that email address by clickning on the link in the email we send to it.
- Whenever you make a change on this page you have to enter your current password here.
- You can enter a new passwrod here. You have to type it twice to make sure you did not make any mistakes.
Newsletter & Settings
- Do you want to receive updates about Soocial via email?
- Can other users invite you by email to share their contact updates?
- Woudl you like to receive tips from us by email every now and then?
- Setting your owntimezone here is important for some Soocial features.
- How do you want your contacts sorted in the Soocial contacts editor? By first name or by last name.
Account type & Billing
- We have multipe Soocial payment plans. Here you can see the one you have got.
- This is when your payed Soocial account will expire.
- We will bill you monthly or yearly untill you hit this button. (Or delete your account)
- If you havea new creditcard and want to change the number for the payments wait for your last payment to expire (2) and your account is set back to the free account. After that you can upgrade to premium again. No contacts will be deleted while on the free account.
- A history of payments that have been made for your account.
Cancel account
- It is definite, it is final. We would hate to see you go. But when you decide to delete your account, we will not keep anything to remind us of you. The screenshot says it in more detail:
